Getting started

• Getting started — Submit your first event, invite your team, and find your way around the organizer dashboard.

Connect a CRM

• Choose the right CRM — HubSpot on any paid plan; Salesforce, NetSuite, and Dynamics 365 on Corporate. Which one to pick if you have more than one.
• Connecting HubSpot — Sign in with your HubSpot account, approve the requested scopes, and registrations start flowing.
• Connecting Salesforce — PKCE OAuth flow. Production or Sandbox, either works — sandbox has one extra checkbox.
• Connecting NetSuite — NetSuite requires per-customer credentials. Your admin creates an Integration Record; you paste three values into our setup form; then Connect.
• Connecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 — Enter your Dynamics URL, sign in with Azure AD, done. First-time in a tenant may need an admin consent click.
• Disconnecting or switching CRMs — Disconnect is local — we drop the tokens, the app stays installed in your CRM. Connect a new one to swap.
