Free, Organizer, Corporate, Corporate Unlimited, and single-event pricing — what each includes and who each is for.
The tiers
Free (attendee) — anyone can create a free account, register for public events, save favorites, and get interest-based event notifications.
Organizer ($49/mo) — for individuals and small teams running public events. Full registration toolkit: capacity, approvals, custom questions, QR check-in, HubSpot sync.
Corporate ($99/mo or $950/yr) — for companies running private customer or partner events. Up to 5 events per calendar month, private-by-default, and enterprise CRM sync (Salesforce, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 in addition to HubSpot).
Corporate Unlimited ($299/mo) — same as Corporate, no monthly event cap. Right if you're running 12+ private events a month or expect to.
Single event ($249) — one private event with 60 days of access. For companies running only a handful a year.
What the corporate plans add over Organizer
Enterprise CRM sync — Salesforce, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Organizer connects HubSpot only.
Private by default — new events start Unlisted (link-only, not in browse/search/sitemap). Organizer events default to Public.
A named contact for support — an email address you can reach out to with questions or issues, rather than a ticket queue.
Not different: the underlying registration engine is the same on both. Organizer and Corporate use the same code path for approvals, capacity, waitlist, check-in, and HubSpot.
The 4% service fee
Every paid transaction includes a 4% service fee, added as its own transparent line item on the Stripe checkout page and the receipt. It covers our payment processing across all price points so the sticker price on the page matches the charge on the product.
It is not a credit-card surcharge (which triggers card-brand rules) and it is not tax. It applies uniformly to card and debit and to every price point — one-time and recurring.
