Submit your first event, invite your team, and find your way around the organizer dashboard.

Submit your first event

A new event goes through review before it appears publicly. Allow up to four business days, though most clear sooner. Private (unlisted) events are reachable at the link the moment you save, before review completes.

  1. Sign in and click Add Event in the header, or go to /add-event directly.
  2. Fill in the event details — title, date and time, address (or mark it Virtual), a description, and an event banner image. Titles should read like a real event name, not a category.
  3. Choose the visibility. Public shows the event on the site and in search; Unlisted keeps it reachable only by link. Corporate accounts default to Unlisted.
  4. If you want people to register on the event page (rather than just clicking through to your own signup form), turn on Registration and set capacity and custom questions.
  5. Click Submit. Public events go into the review queue; unlisted events are live at their link immediately.
Tip
Include enough of a description to read as a real event — one or two sentences minimum. A one-word title with no body is the easiest thing for review to send back.

Invite your team

Team members can create and edit events, and see the org's registrations. Only the account owner can connect a CRM or change plans — those are per-organization decisions.

  1. Open your organizer dashboard.
  2. Go to the Team tab.
  3. Enter the teammate's email address and click Invite.
  4. They'll get an email with a link that adds them to your organization on sign-up (or on next sign-in if they already have a Networking Executives account).

Your dashboard

The organizer dashboard has three main tabs:
