Setting up and managing registrations

How the approve/decline/waitlist flow works, and how registrations sync to your CRM.

Enable registration on an event

  1. On the Add Event form, toggle On-site registration on.
  2. Choose whether registrations require your approval, or auto-approve. Approval-required is the default and gives you a final say before the guest count grows.
  3. Set Capacity if you want a hard limit. Once the limit is hit, further registrations either wait-list (if you turned on waitlist) or are declined automatically.
  4. Add any custom questions you want to ask on the registration form — company, dietary restrictions, LinkedIn URL, anything.
  5. Save. The event page now shows a Register button.

Approve, decline, waitlist

Your dashboard's Registrations tab lists every incoming registration across all your events. For each, you can:

Bulk actions and export

Select multiple registrations to approve, decline, or waitlist all at once. Export the full list to CSV using the Export button on the Registrations tab — includes every custom-question answer and the current status of each registration.
