Public vs private (unlisted) events

How the visibility setting decides where your event shows up — and where it doesn't.

What each mode means

Note
Unlisted is a visibility setting, not access control. Anyone who has the link can open the event page. Real access control (approvals, capacity, custom registration questions) lives inside the registration flow — see Registrations.

Setting visibility on an event

  1. On the Add Event form, find the Visibility field.
  2. Pick Public or Unlisted.
  3. On Corporate plans, the field defaults to Unlisted. Flip it to Public per event if you want that specific event listed.

Sharing an unlisted event

Copy the event's public URL from the address bar of the event page (or from the event card in your dashboard). Send it in the invitation email or the calendar invite. Anyone with that link can open the event; whether they can register depends on your registration settings (approval-required, capacity, waitlist).
